1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Feedoob, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these terms.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Feedoob is currently in Beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be free of bugs or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Calendar & Accounts

To use our core features, you must connect a third-party calendar. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and calendar tokens.
  • Ensuring you have the right to grant Feedoob access to your calendar data.
  • Any activity that occurs under your Feedoob namespace/URL.

4. Custom Branding

You retain all rights to the logos, brand names, and custom content you upload to Feedoob. However, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as part of your booking page. You may not use Feedoob to impersonate other brands or individuals.

5. Fees

Feedoob is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce subscription tiers or processing fees in the future. Users will be given 30 days' notice via email before any charges are implemented.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Feedoob for:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited booking requests.
  • Reverse engineering the Feedoob engine or analytics logic.
  • Distributing malware or bypassing our security measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedoob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the service.
